Installing Evolux Phone on SalesForce

This documentation will serve to guide those responsible for the integration between Evolux and SalesForce, to correctly enable the module in their environment..

 

1 - Access the link below, which will take you to the Evolux Phone installation package and follow the steps displayed by SalesForce:

*ps: Use the customer's SalesForce URL address.







 


2 - Go to the “Setup” option in the upper right corner of the main User screen in SalesForce.



3 - Look for “App Manager”



4 -  Edit a Lightning-type app (ex: Sales) that you want to add Evolux Phone to.



5 - Click on “Utility Items” and search for “Open CTI Softphone”, add it and click on “Save”.



 

6 - Go back to the settings and look for "Call Center" and click on "Call Centers".

 

 

8 - You will be redirected to "Evolux Phone Settings", where you must enter the "Evolux URL" (ex: https://evolux.evolux.net.br).



9 - After clicking on the "Save" button you will be redirected to the following screen where you can manage call center users.

10 - Click on "Manager Call Center Users" to add or remove a user

 

11 - Go back to the Lightning app where you added the "Evolux Phone" and you're expected to see a screen with the phone option below:

 

Now just enter the agent credentials registered in Evolux to login
